Jazmine Rice & Peas with Palm Oil Pepper Sauce

 
Am on a mission to conquer my husband's phobia for unfamiliar foods. He won't try any food he is not familiar with; if it is long grain parboiled rice, he won't try it. He does not like any fish with fishy smell. Got games...yea! how about thyme-lime scented peppered sauce made with croaker fish, a little different from his every day stew and goat meat or hen-type of meal. So, a little bit of what he knows and most he doesn't know like or know...? Jasmine rice baby!!!!!!!seconds were asked for.
